Sunken Italian Chocolate & Chestnut Protein Torte – by Hebe

With a Chocolate Shot & a Cookies and Cream Protein Drizzle! ☺️


10g chestnut flour
5g coconut flour
15g green and blacks cocoa powder
10g myprotein choc smooth vegan blend
15g unflavoured calcium caseinate
45g egg white
100g quark
50ml almond milk
10 chocolate stevia drops
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp chocolate extract
2tsp truvia/stevia
1/2tsp baking powder
Pinch xanthan gum & psyllium husk


Blend everything together. Pour into a lined and greased tin and place in the middle of a pre heated oven at 170C fan/190C for 30-35 minutes :)
