Banana and Peanut Butter Cookies – Debbie



1/2 cup ground almonds
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
1/2 scoop vanilla whey
1 scoop vanilla casein
1/4 cup rolled oats
Sweetener (optional)
3 tbsp peanut butter


Whisk the egg and then add banana and mix together.
Add the whey, casein, ground almonds and oats.
Taste, and add sweetener if you think it needs it.

To build the cookies: spoon 6 blobs on to a baking sheet and make a well in the centre of each (see photos).  Divide your peanut butter between each bob and then cover up using more cookie mix (again, see photos).  Make sure you deal the peanut butter in.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg (conventional oven) for 10 – 12 minutes until turning golden.

Macros per cookie (out of 6): 159 calories, 9.3g fat, 7.5g carbs (1.0g fibre),  11.0g protein.
