This recipe was submitted by Dennis for our Coffee Pow Competition! It goes like this:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
1 oz Shot Espresso, Chilled
1 Scoop Pro Jym Tahitian Vanilla Bean Protein Powder (35 grams)
Cocoa for Dusting
1. Mix together the yogurt and espresso. Add the scoop of protein powder and mix well. Pipe into serving dish and sprinkle with cocoa. Enjoy!
