1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup aduki/adzuki (unsalted and cooked) canned beans
1 cup Chocolate Vegan Protein powder
2/3 cup unflavoured Vegan Protein powder
2/3 cup oat flour
1 cup Greek Total 0% yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon ground espresso
Blend together and bake at 320 F for 35 min in three separate 9-inch cake pans
1 cup vanilla protein powder (Whey Protein, Casein Protein, or a blend of the two)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup almond milk
1. Mix all the cake ingredients together (use a blender to avoid later catching sight of beans) and bake them in three cake pans (you could use a big one though and just let it cool and slice it horizontally into three).
