Ingredients
3 large apples – cored and steamed
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vanilla casein
1 banana
2 tablespoon veggie protein (vanilla ideally but toffee would work well too)
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon ground coconut
2 teaspoon cinnamon (+ pinch ground ginger, if you’re into that)
Custard
1 scoop of vanilla casein
Splash of warm milk
Directions
1. Mix this all together.
2. Bake at 150 celsius (~ 302 F) for 30 minutes inside a mini cake pan or muffin cases.
3. Made your ‘vanilla custard’ by mixing vanilla casein + warm milk until you get a creamy consistency.
4. Add the custard to the cake and you’re done!
