Ingredients:
1/4 cup chocolate vegan protein powder or Vegan Wondershake
1/2 cup egg whites
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa
5 teaspoon quark (1/4 of the container)
1/8 cup pea protein powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/8 cup oats (gluten-free or regular)
1/2 cup milk
Baking powder
Directions
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Bake at 170 Celsius for about 30 minutes or until, when poked with a knife, your knife comes out clean.
3. Optional: top with pecans!

Amazing!! Think I’m going to give them a go this evening!
I made these and they were INCREDIBLE. My husband also loved them. I didn’t have pea or hemp powder but used whey and casein. Also forgot to add the quark (I think that would be cream cheese here in the US?) Still they were amazing. I can’t wait to make them again as I only have one more muffin left!
