1 cup egg whites
1 cup cooked (and squeezed) spinach
1/8 cup cocoa
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup chocolate hemp protein powder
1/4 cup latte flavored whey
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Bake for 35 minutes at 160 celsius for 10 muffins.
Macros per Serving (out of 10):
2g carbo (1g sugar/1.2g fiber)
Thoughts -> Delicious with an extra piece of chocolate in the middle and dunked into a coconut latte!!! They turned out very, very, VERY moist. But. While certainly chocolaty and also mmm with a vanilla casein hat (made with just vanilla casein + milk and cocoa sprinkled on top), I *may* have possibly used too much spinach (shocking!). Ah well, these things: they happen <:-))
