Oatless Vanilla Protein Flapjacks



Going back to the question of what can one do to not use oats I came up with two answers: beans and/or hulled hemp seeds and/or coconut flour – for the texture I mean.
Ingredients:
125g canned butter beans (drained obviously)
16g egg white powder (the beauty of this is that it has a really sticky consistency which I knew would hold it all together)
48g vanilla whey
80g whole milk
14g coconut flour
34g hemp seeds (hulled hemp seeds)
14g walnuts/pecans + grated orange peel (crucial)
a few toffee flavdrops
Directions:
Cooked them in a medium-hot oven for about 15-minutes and OH! LA LA LA!!!!
