Salmon Zucchini Omelet
A little bit of pea protein goes a LONG way in omelets, we’re talking 5g of the stuff is enough to make it thicker and more rollable while giving it a nice extra flavor dimension.
Ingredients:
5g pea protein
136g egg wites
56g grated zucchs
a tiny bit of mustard
Directions:
1. Cook like a pancake.
2. Wrap 125g of cooked salmon from the night before + some mayo.
