Protein Coconut & Hemp Crackers – By Emma-Leigh

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE the idea of crackers because they are fun to eat, can be topped with all kinds of yummy things and ooo these in particular sound amazing! 


60g hemp protein [natural]
40g coconut flour
40g lupin flour
20g golden flaxmeal
3 med (100g) egg whites
100-120ml almond milk
5 tablespoons baking powder

Mix the above, then fold through…

10g seeds of choice


1. Then, roll out onto a baking tray and sprinkle over cinnamon and a few remaining seeds.

2. Cook in HOT oven for 15 mins.

3. Finally, remove and cut while still warm before allowing to cool.

Macros per Batch:

700 kcals
82g carb (of which there is 56g fibre and 6g sugar)
60g protein
20g fat (5g saturated)

For 6 serves of crackers:
116 cals
13.5g carb [9.35g fibre / 1g sugar]
10g protein
3.35g fat
