Triprotein Dark Chocolate Muffins
Now the ONLY issue some of you may have is that they are not very sweet. I did this on purpose because I wanted a muffin that I could eat alongside a piece of real chocolate.
I wanted a muffin I could cut in half and fill with banana+nut butter. And moses. This. Is. IT. Forgive my hyperbolical chat.
321g aduki beans (i.e. a can)
35g vanilla whey
28g hemp protein
18g brown rice protein
153g egg whites
baking powder and soda
1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl.
2. Bake at around 150 degrees for about 20 minutes and BOOOOOOOOOOOM! Nine beauties materialize right before your eyes.
Macros per Serving (out of 9):
9.8g carb (3g fiber)
2.2g fat (out of which 0.3 = sat)
With a piece of dark chocolate in there? Hey. ZeusI mean, guys. All the carb in these babies comes from the beans! and beauty is you obviously can’t taste them. Here is where you MAY want to add some honey or sweetener so they turn out proper chocolatey instead of dark like I like them. Up to you.. They turn out sooo moist and light and oh la la la! :-D
