Nut Nut Protein Pancakes – by Sarah J.


2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
3 tablespoons spelt bran (or oat bran if you don’t have spelt bran)
1 tablespoon protein plus PEANUT flour
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
3 tablespoons cold vanilla NUT tea
1/4 cup ALMOND milk
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ALMOND extract


1) Mix all dry ingredients.

2) Add pumpkin to dry ingredients. Mix well.

3) Add egg whites, mix. Add all other liquids (except apple cider vinegar) mix.

4) Add apple cider vinegar, mix well, and watch the bubbles.

5) Pour on to the frying pan!
