2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 scoop whey protein (I used vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
One handful of spinach
1. Blend it all together and save half of it for the brown mixture. Add some cocoa in 2nd batch and cook them.
2. Layer the pancakes with peanut butter on each layer – top is of with Greek yogurt and/or some syrup. Voila!

This recipe was my first and probably the best protein pancake recipe I’ve created. I mixed it all by feeling and they turned out to be the bomb dot com!!
They are so light and fluffy, green and healthy. I have no more to say than, just give it a go with my recipe!
