Cauliflower Protein Pancakes – by Louise N.

Ingredients:

150g steamed and purred cauliflower
100g egg whites – around 3 whites
15g vanilla whey, I use GN nutrition – but any whey and flavor will do
5 g almond flour

Directions:

Mix it together and cook in medium hot pan with a little coconut oil – thats it, easy peasy :) It’s easy to dress up and play around with.
