Protein bars, bread TO-GO :)

    Dear experienced ProteinPow users,

    pls can You be so kind and recommend me 2-3 low-carbs (fibers is not limit) and high protein bars/granola and bread which I can make 3-5 day in advance and store the prepared food in the fridge (or so?). I am looking for the recepies which is good for my multi-days hiking trip.
