Pecan Pie

    I would love a recipe for a pecan pie, lower fat preferable. the base is not an issue, as I have used Ezekiel cereal to create the base and it works well. Its the filling is the challenge > Ideal Macros, 200 cals ish per serving with sub 6 grams of fat…. any suggestions?



    It would be difficult to do a realistic pecan pie that has low fat cause of the pecans themselves.
