Protein Pow is about making healthy, nutritious, and actually tasty food without ‘the nasties’ that you see in a lot of packaged ‘healthy foods’ out there. By ‘nasties’ I mean artificial flavourings, a ton of sweeteners, fillers, and other low-quality ingredients like corn oil, refined carbs, and soy.

Protein Pow is about creating recipes for people who follow an active lifestyle and LOVE to eat good food!

Which brings me to these truffles. They’re a great example of what Protein Pow is about!

  • 30 g Pea Protein Powder
  • 10 g Cocoa Powder
  • 40 ml Almond Milk (Or equivalent)
  • 15 g Peanut Butter (Almond works too)
  • 15 g Agave Syrup (Or date syrup)

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Chuck all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until you get a dough that you can shape with your hands into balls, or truffles.
  3. Optional: Roll them in cocoa! Or coat them in dark chocolate. This is optional but lovely. You can roll them in chopped nuts too! Or ground almonds. Or coconut flakes! You can also add some chopped nuts TO the mix so they can have a textured center :-)
