An UltraProtein Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Protein Frosting

This cake was like a cross between cake and fudge and the reason I’m calling it an ultra protein cake is because, well, check out the macros. Do you want the recipe? Because I’m giving it to you anyways ;-)

Ingredients:


1/2 small pot Total 0% Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon quark
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon wheatbran
2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
1/2 cup chocolate whey
1 tablespoon cocoa pow
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
1/4 cup pea protein
2 tablespoon chocolate hemp pow
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Blend ingredients together and bake for about 20 minutes at 160 celsius.

Macros per Serving (out of 4):

 267kcals
14g carbos (3g sugars/3.5g fiber)
36g protein
8g fat (2g sat)

Aaaaah, that’s it :-)

The cake ended up denser than most cake. Kind of like… like a protein bar? It was really nice though, I mean, I happily demolished 1/3 of it after the gym :-) And ohhh!!!! the frosting was awesome; I highly recommend it. It was just 1/2 cup of quark + a scoop of vanilla whey, mixed together and frosted onto the cake with a spoon, baaam! booom! kapowww!
