Strawberry Protein Fluff
It’s true, what you’ve (probably?) heard: protein-fluffing berries yields a better fluff than protein-fluffing frozen bananas. This was just 30g vanilla whey protein + 100g frozen strawberries + about 20-50ml of whole milk + 0.5g of xanthar gum – all thrown into a bowl and hand-held blended for a minute before being hand-held whisked for a couple of minutes. It takes no time and oy, oy, oy! You can top it with nuts, use it to top protein jelly, have it on cake, have it IN cake, have it solo, have it inside a (protein?) cone, use it to top (protein?) pancakes, to top muffins, oh: any and every way! Fluff is just surreal.
