Protein Tomato Chicken Wraps with Mayo & Mustard

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon psyllium husks
tomato paste (as much as you like)
3-4 egg whites
2-3 heaping tablespoons quark
3 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
1 medium chicken breast

Spice it however you like. I like:

rosemary + thyme for a pizzaish wrap
plain old basil + sea salt for a more pliable flavor

Directions:

1. Mix it up, panfry it (make sure the pan is HOT HOT before you fry them up), and fill it up with whatever you want (I used 152g of chicken breast).

2. The mixture above makes two. You may serve it on a plate only to decide you actually wanna hand-eat it so, save the plate because they’re kind of more fun, in my opinion, eaten as wraps or tacos.

Macros for both wraps w/o chicken:

350kcals
40.5g protein
20g carbo (from which 9.5g fiber!)
12g fat

If you have them around, consider adding some roasted red peppers to the mix or sundried tomatoes, yum! You can also add a tiny bit of oats or quinoa if you want them ‘breadier’ :-)
