Pumpkin Protein Pancakes by Protein Fluff – by Amanda E.
1 scoop whey protein
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons of pureed pumpkin
A little milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1) Mix everything in a bowl and let stand for a few minutes, then fry it up on a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil.
2) Put each pancake in between each pancake “protein fluff” made with 100g Frozen berries + a scoop whey protein powder + 50g quark or greek yoghurt and a little milk or water. Mix together all ingredients with a hand blender and you’re done. Enjoy!
