Protein Pancakes with Raspberry Yogurt & Cottage Cheese – by Kristine O.

Ingredients:

30 g Cocosa flour
10 g protein powder (I used bakeprotein from Proteinfabrikken)
2 eggs
1 1/4 dl almond milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sweetener to taste

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and fried in coconut oil. Fill with a mixture of sugar-free raspberry yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese!
