Ingredients for the Base:
160g almonds peeled
4 tablespoon liquid butter
2 tablespoon calorie free syrup Walden farms
Ingredients for the Filling:
2x quark (250g)
350g full fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup whey vanilla
1. Grind the oats and the almonds in a coffee grinder until achieve a powder like a flour.
2. Mix the powdery with the butter and the syrup and make a dough. Cover a form a live it.
3. Then, mix the filling. Then cover the base equally.
4. Move into the oven for 40min, at 160C.
