Our Protein Pow shop (i.e. operates via Shopify. By placing an order on our Protein Pow shop, we collect your name, email address (if provided), mailing address, and phone number (if provided). We do not share any of your details with third parties. Protein Pow does not handle or store credit card data. Cookies are a small piece of data sent from this website and stored in a user’s browser while the user is browsing this website. The use of cookies automatically identifies your browser whenever you interact with a site. As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. As of the 25th of May 2018, all the data we hold will be GDPR compliant. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t event rent, sell, or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Shopify is necessary for user accounts on our web shop. It stores shipping & billing information to make repeat purchases easier. Customers using our web shop are not obliged to create an account and store their data but may instead check out as a guest. In the event users decide to create an account for the purpose of making repeat shopping easier, they will be asked to create a password. We do not hold information about users’ password. Users must keep their password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.


Conversion tracking helps us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook adverts by reporting on the actions people take after viewing the adverts. We create “pixels” that track conversions, add them to the pages of the website where conversions will happen, and then track these conversions back to the adverts running on Facebook. No personally identifying information is sent to us as a result of using these cookies or pixels. When somebody visits we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
