Italian Syle Protein Bread – by Lene
Ingredients
- 100 g butternut, cooked and blended.
- 55 g tomato concentrate.
- 35 g oatmeal, chopped.
- 20 g pea protein.
- 20 g linseed fiber (or pea protein).
- 25 g whey protein, neutral.
- 60 g egg white.
- 1 teaspoon oregano.
- 1 teaspoon basil.
- Salt and pebber.
Directions
1. Mix.
2. Bake at 175 Celsius for 30 min.
Note: Don’t expect something sweet. But it tastes great with a slice of your favorite cheese!
