After months and months of work and preparation, my new cookbook is finally out! I swear you’ll flip out when you see it; well… I did. It’s a serious must-have: a big, fat, heavy, 276-page cookbook full of my all-time favorite recipes (including many that you’ve never seen before), saliva-inducing food pics, information charts, drawings, and stories. It’s kind of like a Protein Cooking Encyclopaedia of sorts and if you like following a healthy diet and you LOVE food, you simply have to own a copy. Obviously I’ll continue posting new content regularly here at proteinpow.com but the book is a cool companion and one of those things that you just have… to have, to hold, and to keep!
