After months and months of work and preparation, my new cookbook is finally out! I swear you’ll flip out when you see it; well… I did. It’s a serious must-have: a big, fat, heavy, 276-page cookbook full of my all-time favorite recipes (including many that you’ve never seen before), saliva-inducing food pics, information charts, drawings, and stories. What can you expect from the book? A collection of cuhrayzeh recipes (all of them including macros), and a lot of information on protein powders, ingredient substitutions, and answers to common questions surrounding protein powder cooking.
