Chocolate and Vanilla Protein Waffles – by Bethany

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp PB2 or peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp splenda or other sweetener
handful of pecans or any other kind of nuts (optional)


Step 1: Blend everything together except pecans
Step 2: Add the nuts
Step 3: Cook in a waffle iron
Step 4: Top with sugar-free maple syrup
Step 5: Eat!

Makes 2 Waffles out of the mix above.
