Chocolate Banana Caramel Cupcake – Yael


3 table spoons coconut sugar
1 ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup whey chocolate protein powder
2 egg white
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup milk (any king)
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/4 tea spoon baking powder
50 g dark chocolate


1. In a heavy sauce pan Caramelize the coconut sugar until light ember color appears , while on the stove add in the milk (be carful, will bubble a bit..) spill the hot mixture over the chocolate and stir until well combined, mix in the rest of the ingredients – mix to combine

2. Pour into cup cake tin lined with cup cake paper

3. Bake in 170 c for about 20-25 min, or until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs..
