Homemade Protein Bar Bites

 

If you’re short on time but want to make something super simple and delicious at home, these protein bar bites are perfect! 

To make things even easier, they only require a few basic ingredients: 

A handful of Dates, one scoop of protein powder (of your choice), some chocolate, peanut butter and a tiny bit of almond milk to bind. Play around with the amounts to reach your desired consistency and flavour! 

All you need to do is:

1) Blend all the above ingredients together
2) Using your hands, mould the newly formed dough into your desired shape and pop in the freezer for 15 minutes
3) Melt some dark chocolate and cover your bites.
4) Chill for an hour or overnight before tucking in!
