Chocolate Protein Popcorn by Cory D.

2 tbsp of corn kernels
1 shot of dark espresso
1 tbsp of chocolate peanut protein powder ( I used a plant based one by Veganz)
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
1-2 squares of dark chocolate
Pinch of salt
Optional: Stevia or sweetener of choice


1. First you make the espresso and stir in the ingredients until it’s smooth. My espresso was hot enough to melt all the ingredients together. If that’s not the case for you, melt and mix.

2. Depending on how thick or thin you want the sauce to be, add more espresso.
Taste for additional sweetener.

3. I just put the popcorn into a bowl and put it into the microwave until there is hardly any popping sounds.(~2-3 minutes depending on voltage)

4. The sauce should not be too hot before you use it. Pour on top of the popcorn and eat warm or put it in the freezer for ten minutes
