Protein Pow Pancakes (Gluten-Free)
Say hello to today’s post-workout pancakes!
The recipe is crazy simple:
4 egg whites
1/8 cup ground gluten-free oats (aka oat flour)
1/8 cup whey protein (use our amazing creamy all-natural & hormone-free whey!)
1 big tbsp. coconut flour
Handful of berries (optional)
1. Blend everything except for the berries.
2. Add berries to your batter after blending.
3. Panfry on a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil or non-calorie cooking spray added to it.
Macros for all the pancakes (without berries as these are optional)
268.7kcals, 25.3g protein, 38.9g carbs (out of which 8.1g is fiber!) and 2.4g of fat.
