Almond, Vanilla, & Orange Protein Blondies


Blondies are kind of like brownies but without the chocolate. They deliver the same KAPOW! than brownies do, their punch is just lighter – it’s fairer. Blondies usually feature shall we say ‘opulent’ amounts of butter and you’ll often find them containing with nuts – especially almonds, walnuts, and macadamia nuts – and sometimes even chocolate chips (though to me that’s just blurring the divide between them and their brown counterparts a little too openly). I’ve made Protein Blondies before and will be making more of them in the future! Because they’re delicious and oh so full of nom nom goodness :-D
