Protein truffles (TM) are REALLY easy to make, macro-friendly, and incredibly yummy. So don’t be at all intimidated by the idea of creating them or feel at all constrained in terms of what ingredients you can use: so add some chili powder if you want, throw in some ground or chopped nuts, top them with mini marshmallows.
Anything goes in the land of Protein Truffles (TM)! All you have to be is willing to play with your food. Don’t believe me?
