Welcome to a post of epic pumpkin POW! proportions. Below you’ll find links to some of my best Protein Pow pumpkin recipes. I hope you like them! The last one is in the Holiday Recipes Ebook (which, by the way, also exists in the Protein Pow App) but all the rest live here at proteinpow.com (barring the Mousse – that one lives in my column over at bodybuilding.com).
If you haven’t made some (or all) of these recipes – or even if you have but you’re suddenly feeling a bit lazy, I have an idea for you:
Print out one (or all) of these recipes, casually – but visibly – place them in a loved one’s bag or in front of his/her computer along with a hint-hint-I-want-these-for-breakfast-tomorrow note and then just wait. Wait to be woken up by a freshly-made stack of pumpkin pow pancakes! Or brownies. Or cake!
If you don’t, well… print the recipe/s out again and, one more time, place them somewhere your loved one will see them. Do this over and over again until you finally get the recipes made for you. I don’t recommend you resort to violence if you have to print them out repeatedly though. Just stay patient and… wait. It’ll happen. At some point. It’ll happen. But if you don’t want to wait (or if you think your loved one can’t cook to save the shirt on his/her back), go ahead and make them for yourself. There’s no shame in treating yourself.
