No Bake Protein Truffles: Hazelnut & Almond
This recipe for No Bake Protein Truffles takes about five minutes to make and anyone – and I mean ANYONE – can make it. Even a kid with zero kitchen experience or a person ‘with two left hands’. It takes no skill or practice to make this and the result is these supper sweet little Protein Truffles (TM) that are almost cookie-dough-ish in consistency and yum yum yum!
1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter (Or almond butter)
1/8 cup Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1/8 cup Almond Milk (or coconut milk)
1. Get a bowl out and chuck all the above ingredients in.
2. Mix everything together until you get a ‘dough’.
3. Divide this dough into six little truffles.
4. Coat in either coconut, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder! That’s it: done
