Aloha from England. It’s my second full day back and the jet-lag doesn’t seem to want to let go. I wake up at silly hours and am indadvertedly following what my family calls The Jet-Lag Diet (i.e. 14:00 coffee, 17:00 breakfast, 8pm lunch, 11pm-1am calorie-make-up snacks). It’s not cool… so I’m determined to wake up at 10:00 tomorrow and hit the gym. Wish me luck in my battle against the snooze button. If I win, you shall find a recipe for a delicious stack of protein pancakes on here tomorrow morning. If I don’t, well… no… I will. Anyhow, my maladjusted circadian rhythm is nether here not there. Let me tell you about this ice cream instead. This ice cream is an offshoot of the recipe I posted in January – this one, only this one features Marshmallow & Peanut Butter Whey instead of chocolate and different ingredient amounts. The ingredients are the same though: whey + greek yogurt.
