Protein Tortilla Chips!

Protein tortilla chips are great because you can use them to make nachos like Andy did here, you can use them to dip into stuff like I did here (with a spicy salmon dip), you can eat them with chili con carne like I did here, or you can eat them solo! They’re seriously fantastic: easy to make, open to lots of flavor variations, and incredibly tasty so… try them out!
