Dairy and Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can red beans (you can sub this with unsalted black beans too)
1/2 cup chocolate egg white protein powder (or Whey Protein)
3/4 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions:

Blend together and baked in a small bread tin for about 35 minutes or until, upon stabbing, your knife comes out clean.
