A Ridiculously Large Protein Easter Egg

A Ridiculously Large Protein Easter Egg

The other day we asked ourselves, is it possible to create an Easter egg with over 100 grams of protein? The answer to that question turns out to be yes! It is possible. Of course, what isn’t possible is to consume it all in one go. But shared with a friend, this is really fun one.

Ingredients

1 and 1/4 bars 90% Chocolate
4 scoops vanilla egg white protein powder (can be subbed with whey protein powder)
2 cups cartooned coconut milk
4 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons toffee flavour drops

Directions

1. Buy a giant chocolate easter egg mould.

2. Make the filling by mixing all the above ingredients together, except for the chocolate, add it to the Easter egg mould and freeze it overnight.

3. Melt your dark chocolate and coat the edges of the Easter egg mould. Then, move it to your freeze for about an hour, so it hardens.

4. Add your Easter egg filling and then stick the top o the Easter egg to the bottom or simply coat the top of each half with more dark chocolate before putting it all in the freezer to set.
