Paw Paw Protein Pancakes

Paw Paw Protein Pancakes

Trust us on this one, papaya and pancakes is a combination that you must try!

Nutritionally speaking too, what a fruit! It has tons of vitamin c  (33% more than oranges!) and also  contains the papain enzyme which is a great remedy to reduce pain, inflammation and swelling. Papaya also includes carotens, fibre, flavonoids, potassium plus vitamin c.

As we’re about to show you, this fruit really compliments vanilla which of course means you have to make protein pancakes! The recipe is below, so as always be ready to have a whole lot of fun making these!

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons rolled oats
5 egg whites (i.e. from 5 eggs)
1/2 cup papaya
32g vanilla whey protein

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together.

2. Fry them on a pan.
