Gojichini Protein Bread

Bread and butter. I felt like having bread and butter, well, protein bread and coconut oil, rather ;-)


1/2 cup of egg whites
2 tablespoons pea protein powder
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoons brown rice protein powder
20g goji berries
Baking powder
1/2 grated zucchini


1. Blend together the egg whites, pea protein, coconut milk, brown rice protein, goji berries, and baking powder.

2. Mix in the grated zucchini.

3. Bake for 40 minutes into a mini loaf.

Macros per Serving (out of 1):

35g protein
17g carbs (9.3g sugars/2.4g fiber)
2.4g fat


Heart protein breads! PS – if you have no brown rice protein powder, feel free to use coconut flour instead or something of that family, it adds a nice ummphh :-)
