Vanilla & Oat Protein Pancakes

Usually, I like making pancakes with quinoa flakes instead of oats but sometimes the scream for VARIETY is too loud to stifle. These babies turned out incredibly yum yum partly because of the beauty of frying things in coconut oil (and the myofusion of course, aahh the stuff is tasty!) You don’t even need that much, 2-5 grams on the pan and you’re bound to get gorgeous crunchy edges too :-)


162g egg whites
44g oats
Whole milk
2 scoops vanilla myofusion
Vanilla essence


1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in pan with some coconut oil.

2. Top with honey and banana slices (optional).

9.56g carbs (2.51g sugars/1.04g fiber)
15.78g protein
