AAAAAA!!!! Serious protein heaven on a plate. I can’t even THINK of a word to describe how good this was!!! The postworkout adrenaline is making it even harder hehe, absolutely delicious! I almost ate the plate. In theory, this is just an offshoot from yesterday’s recipe and as such, possibly unworthy of its own post but I just HAD to dedicate one exclusively to it because, Moses! It just doesn’t get any better. Two things to get from this: 1. Adding nuts to protein ice cream/fluff -> GREAT! 2. adding poppy seeds to protein ice cream/fluff -> GRAND!!! OK, enough magnification, let me tell you what it was: a slice of protein apple pie topped with cinnamon and banana poppy seed ‘ice cream’.
100g frozen banana
Splash of coconut milk
32g vanilla whey protein powder
1g xanthan gum
1. Use however many slices of my protein apple pie
2. Mix all the ingredients together and blend them.
3. Sprinkle walnuts on top.

Simple and O!!! A!!! See, after spending the night in the fridge, the apple pie became so much deeper, richer, cakier, yummmmier and –> AA!!!! Sorry, I’m excited, this was just so crazy good and I’m a sucker for this kind of stuff…. the crunch of the walnuts and the coldness of the ice cream and the banana and vanilla and cinnamon running throughout with the apples partying in there and mmmmm!!!
