Veggie Protein Burger

Ingredients:

1/2 onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, diced
150g mushrooms
240g artichoke hearts
100g tomato puree
100g liquid egg whites
24g Pea Protein Powder
6g coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

1. Fry the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts with some tomato puree

2. Blend the results of step 1 with 100g liquid egg whites and 24g pea protein powder

3. Fry that up again
