30g Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
3 tablespoons Honey
1/2 cup Walnuts & Almonds
1/3 cup Raisins
1. blend it all together
2. Place it on a dish, flatten it with the back of a spoon and add a handful of goji berries on top before refrigerating it.
2. Wait a few hours and boom :-D
