Gojious Protein Nut Slice – by Kelly Rennie

Here is a guest recipe by Kelly Rennie! Woop woop! So exciting!!! Kelly is a fitness model, a top ranking natural figure athlete and, to top it off, she’s super nice, really approachable and a shining example of somebody with a great fitness and nutrition background AND amazing chef skills! 30g Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
3 tablespoons Honey
1/2 cup Walnuts & Almonds
1/3 cup Raisins


1. blend it all together

2. Place it on a dish, flatten it with the back of a spoon and add a handful of goji berries on top before refrigerating it.


2. Wait a few hours and boom :-D
