Goat Whey Bolognese with Shirataki Noodles


Extra lean beef
1 can chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
Dried parsley
Coconut milk
10g goat whey protein powder
1 pack shirataki noodles (‘miracle noodles’)


1. Throw ingredients from extra lean beef down to dried parsley together and cook in a pan

2. Let it reduce and add a splash of coconut milk and the goat whey protein powder

3. Throw it onto a pack of shirataki noodles

11g fat
20g carbs (5g fiber)
48g protein

Isn’t goat whey cool? I mean, it’s really versatile, I guess like goat milk really but… more goat cheesy? It’s a funny kind of whey protein obviously but it adds such an interesting dimension to (what I’m finding out is) different kinds of food!
