Hemp & Pea Yum Protein Spinach

This has a ‘cheezy’ factor to it because of the nutritional yeast which, accompanied by soy sauce -> yum. I love this as a side dish because together with some chicken or meat mmmm! 

Ingredients: 

1 cup cooked spinach
25g  hulled hemp seeds
6g nutritional yeast
15g light soy sauce
100ml whole milk
10g pea protein

Directions:

It’s basically a matter of throwing the ingredients together, mixing and boom -> ready.
