This flan is a variation of my vanilla protein flan; it’s basically the same thing :-D The only difference is that this bad boy packs a meaner protein punch (it has bit over two scoops of whey protein powder) and has added cocoa powder.
1. Heat up a pint of milk (any milk you like, goes without saying) until its hot hot but not boiling hot.
2. Add it to a bowl containing a pack of gelatin and your desired amount of whey protein and whisk the ghost out of the whole thing.
3. Leave them then in the fridge for a few hours (overnight is good) so that it properly sets. Then? Boom: done.
If you’re the kind of person that likes tucking into a big bowl with a big spoon (like yours truly), go ahead and enjoy it, if you instead would rather partition it, well, just use little bowls or jars or mugs or whatever.
