more Banana Protein Fluff
This deserves an Ode. What a fantastic way to enjoy one’s whey protein! It is not only a blast to eat, it’s also pretty amusing to look at as you’re eating it. This one here turned out a lot fluffier than my original. It’s because I made it with less milk (coconut milk, the one you get from a carton though (i.e. not the canned version as this is considerably thicker)) and more banana (i.e. one whole frozen medium sliced banana – 100gs worth).
Before I knew it: WOWZA! One feels very odd eating it as it feels incredibly good and fluffy (it’s 100% like marshmallow fluff (I’ve never had marshmallow fluff but it looks like one can tell what it tastes like, no?)) yet it looks absurdly artificial and bizarre.
1 scoop unsweetened
a tiny bit of coconut milk
I blended the banana to a pulp with 2 tbsp of the milk and then added 30g of unsweetened whey and whisked for a couple of minute.
Macros per Serving (out of 1):
23g carbo (2.6g carbs)
PS – Here’s a fun idea: get a jar of Marshmallow Fluff and empty it. FILL it up with protein fluff a few minutes before you expect company. When they sit down, whip out the full jar and open it. “Do you want some?” inquire attentively. When they say no (because most people will), proceed to eat the whole thing in one sitting. The expression on their face as they watch you do this? Priceless.
